SHIPPING POLICY

Once orders are placed with us, we seek 3 working days to dispatch the product & update the dispatch details to you from our end. In case you do not get any dispatch details or order confirmation receipt, do reach out to us over email: outback.leather.co.2004@gmail.com

RETURN POLICY

NOTE: Please note that our policy lasts only 15 days. We do not accept returns / exchanges after 15 days of delivery receipt. 

1. Return Period: 15 days from the date of purchase. 

2. Condition of Return: Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. All returned items will be examined by our quality control team. Failing to meet the satisfactory reason of product return, we will not accept a return / exchange and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Do share your bank account details at time of product once claim approved, the funds will be credited back to your account.

3. Initiating a Return: Send an email to outback.leather.co.2004@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return along with images of issues found.
